Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return unopened, unused products in original condition for a full refund.
To return an item:
1. Email us at lailabrandt@gmail.com with your order number
2. We will provide a return address
3. Ship the item back (you cover return shipping)
4. Your refund will be processed within 14 days
Defective or damaged products are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
